Playing nice begins and end when terrorist hijack a plane and crash them in different locations and then swear to do it again. You don't get tortured by being a nice guy. Half of these guys would be dead if we wanted to. War is War. I would expect the same would be done with our soldiers.
It's just more left wing bullshit. "Lets cut the military budget", "Lets cut the national security budget", "Lets cut a significant way of garnering information", But we're going to be a safer country! Reminds me of the whole "Kill Babies, Save Whales".
