The question everyone here should be asking themselves is??

Is Sony referring to 1 million shipped to retailers or 1 million sold to customers.

The article is pretty clear stating Sony today revealed that the critically acclaimed first-person shooter from Guerilla Games has sold over one million copies worldwide.

but is that sold to retailer or sold to customer?

http://www.gamedaily.com/games/killzone-2/playstation-3/game-news/killzone-2-eclipses-1-million-sold/

Yea, they've SHIPPED 1 million and 600k have been SOLD in the US. Which means a nice 100k have been sold in Europe.

How about looking at this logically:

1. They said OVER a milllion, meaning it could be any number over a million

2. They are only refering to the USA. Was this said in response to NPD numbers? 600k sold + 400k on shelves could make sense

It says specifically that the 1 million is worldwide.  Over a million could mean anything, but if you think logically like you said no company is gonna wait til the game gets to 1.4 million to release a statement that it sold 1 million.  Logically it looks like it is sold to customer WW

I doubt Sony would know that information.

of course... Logic dictates that Sony wouldn't release info that they don't know...

This logic thing is all new to me...
