I might be confused, so feel free to help me out here.

Intentional simulation of drowning and/or constant threat of death are UNintentional torture, which isn't torture?

And the whole system is based on whether the person committing the torture believes the person being tortured will feel "severe pain" or just "non-severe pain?" Sounds intentionally vague and subjective so they can do it to anybody.

I actually laughed out loud when I read that they made them wear diapers but NOT to humiliate them. I guess they call that a fringe benefit.

I wonder how many more memos like this will keep coming out. History will not be nice to the Bush administration. Hell, even Cheney isn't nice to the Bush administration anymore, and that guy's the fucking devil.
