what I would do is open a command prompt, usually by typing 'cmd' (no quotes) at the bottom of the start menu. Type the following and press enter after each one (once again, do not type in the quotes)
"ipconfig /all"
"ping www.yahoo.com"
"ping 4.2.2.4"
copy and past everything into a post here.
