I could of told you that.
They do that on good ole lake erie. They drag up a big net... fill what they can of the "best" and leave the rest floating belly up on the lake. Looks like silver water from far enough away...
and it's against the law for other people to touch the fish.
I don't eat fish anyway. Personally I think there should be some law passed where people go out collect the fish and donate it to homeless shelters but what can you do.
