I'm pretty sure 4 disks will be the target number. Packaging can be a bitch if you go over 4 disks, plus while disk swapping isn't an issue they don't wanna make the 360 version seem troublesome. Sure these are just my opinions however looking back at the PS1 FF games 4 disks seems like the sweet spot.
