Trying to fix your spine and pelvis alignment through posture exercises and yoga.  That's not for kids, since they don't have back problems.

Most posture troubles actually are born  when the kids first start spending a lot of their time at the school desks.

But if that is really your definition of mature content, then I can't wait for "Ultimate Taxxx Form" and "Dentures Wars: Gum Irritations Strike Back" :)
