Uh.. The most competitive game in the world is reappearing on PC (and only PC) and has been the focus until it's sequel was announced.. Starcraft 2 ring a bell? Also, most of your 'beloved' console games are actually ports to your console. If you honestly think L4D was ported to PC and not 360 you are dumber than I thought. There are many other games where they are originally developed for PC and sent to Console, intensely dumbed down. Farcry 2 anyone? Should I just make a rather long list for you? How bout any game using the Unreal 3 engine? Seriously, know what you are talking about before opening your mouth. |
Valve only recently started porting games to consoles and yes left for dead is one of them. Farcry 2 was a huge let down and is not worth mentioning. And like i said before it appeals to RTS users and MMO users which Starcraft falls under. New graphics cards use to come out every 6 months. i believe the gtx 280 and x 4780 have been around for a over year now and they are still main stream. There has been a huge migration from PC to console and that trend will continue. Developers are also making a move to consoles due to piracy. And calling me dumb just makes you look like an idot because theres a shit load of articles to back up what i have said. THose days of q2, Q3A, and medal of honor, halflife are over. I just recieved a message of someone telling me how they also switched over to consoles about the same year i did for the same reason. Your either totally oblvious to the fact that they announce about 4 decent excluse PC games a year now or you just started pc gamming becasue i can't think of any besides D3 and SC2 (which are both blizzard games)
edit: and correct me if im wrong but blizzard has yet to make a console game. They are about the only company that still sticks to PC only while most other companies focus on console games and the pc version is usually an after thought (not including valve)
edit: and i said PC gamming is dying. Its obviously not dead
