They make blanket statements about maxing out the hardware, and don't tell the fine details of what they mean, and then afterwards they say that they were taken out of context or were wrong, and the system still has more potential. Of course there will be a point where the improvements become so miniscule that it isn't noteworthy, but I doubt that point has been reached. |
Yeah, I think the point is always to hype the next game... After a game is out, you want people to think the next one will look even better.
That's why almost all games use 100% of their respective system's power :P
