Almost all posts on forums from people who have finished LO put it highly in Jrpg's. I'd say 80-90% hold LO in high rank. Then again people who have actually played FF1 - 12 on forums often will tell you that not all FF games are AAA ) Probably 40%. But the media reviews would make you believe otherwise. I think some of it has to do with getting older to. When I was 16 FF's cliche's of school boys and CGI was enough to impress. Now I'm not so impressed. Maybe thats why so many players say FF12 was horrible? One of the best things about LO was it's maturity. Not only in gameplay, but in life lessons. I guess I'm growing up. :) |
And that's the problem with sites like Metacritic and those who follow that as a way to say which console has more "AAA exclusoves" than another. Anyways, I've never played LO (don't have a 360) but 3 of my friends that have very similar taste as me when it comes to RPGs said they didn't like it at all, one of them didn't even make it past the third disc.
