I bought Penny Arcade episode 1 for half price last week.
They do have a section of reduced arcade games but not a lot in there.
I half way agree with you, more downloadable price drops would be nice. But look at some retail games, Gears 1 didn't drop in price until pretty much Gears 2 was released. Halo 3 took forever. If a game is selling well they won't seem to drop the price at all.
I just hate the inconsistency because if you want to wait and buy a reduced game you never know if its going to be one week or a year.
