Uhh PC's do what consoles attempt to do, and are the true platform for FPS/RTS.

Ever heard of a little game called World of Warcraft? There isn't one console game with that type of playerbase, nor will there ever be, and that's just now, and only 1 game. Saying PC gaming is dying is just ignorant and stupid.

 

ok im sorry pc gamming is still alive to play world of warcraft and statisfy the small number of people who like rts games.  Other then that it just gets crappy ports of console games and has very few excluses since the Half-life days.  I was heavy in PC gamming since the 90's All the way up to 2005ish and its nothing like it was.  The reason to spend all that money to build have a great pc has vanished and a console now satisfys peoples online multiplayer needs.  The only place consoles fall short is modding games
