Possibly - but not right now. I don't think game sales on the iPhone are hurting the portables from a gaming position. They're separate streams right now IMHO and not really competing directly.
In US I think if I was Sony I'd be a little more concerned as the iPhone/iTouch does cross over more with the media aspects of the PSP.
In the end I think right now people buying handheld gaming devices will continue to do so. The issue with the iPhone will be if over time it gets enough people sticking just to it for games - but both Sony and Nintendo have time to think about how to combat that.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
