The fact that they'll likely restructure the company by dropping the comapnies healthcare obligations and likely cutting pension in half or so.

I mean... the plans for it basically are "Lets restart the company by letting it out of it's debts."

 

That is a bankruptcy judge who will make that decision, not "the government."

 

Cause the bankruptcy lawyer isn't going to get any "coaching" about how econimists would like one of the biggest bankruptcies in the country with huge political ramifications will go.
