I think you misunderstand the audience for these games. Older gamers are very likely to pick up something like this, as proven by the fact that GH does as well or better on Wii than anything else. Also, chances are that a lot of older people who have a console for their kid just might want to try this game out with them. If this isn't the best selling single-band rhythm game it'll be second.
You do not have the right to never be offended.
