If it meant that every game coming out on next gen hardware (this round) had to "settle" for 720P but would be locked at 60fps, I'd be thrilled to get 60FPS in everthing I play.

 

I think gamers who spent $599 on a PS3 and who knows how much on a 1080p TV aren't so ready to settle for 720p.

I'm one and I really like Warhawk and Heavenly Sword regardless of their 720p resolution. Heck, they both look better than most 360 games I've seen.
