I don't think there will be a KH3. The sequel sold much less and the subsequent off-shoots/spin-offs have not been hyper-sellers.
In addition, I am not sure what is left for the series and SE can't bring it out before 2011. (We have no indications work has begun on the game and SE has not shown it can do a game in less than two years). That would mean five years between main installments. For comparison, four is usually SE's max (DQ runs on four year cycles, though they have occasionally reached five and IX and X might be closer. KH and its sequel were four years. Meanwhile, FFs usually come every 2-3 years).
