Will Square-Enix Announce Kingdom Hearts 3 At E3?

I dont think we will hear anything this year, maybe next year E3. Because then FFvsXIII will be basically done, FFVIII would be out in all regions. And they will have the resources to actually work on it. As for the console, I will say PS3 or Wii exclusive.
