Brand Loyalty Established?

That is very loyal, to microsoft. I am sticking with them. ;) Brand loyalty is not getting every new application/device. It is about not getting alternatives.

 

I do use Linux, but most people can't because their applications won't run on Linux or their computer at Best Buy didn't come with Linux installed.

The people who use Windows do so because they generally have to, not out of any respect of the Microsoft brand. You'd think the Zune would have caught on by now.

You do know that there are alternatives for those applications on linux? Zune has nothing to do with Windows brand.
