I wonder why it seems that the people who are on the right of the political scale are the ones that favor police brutality?
In my opinion she wasn't physically hassling him, only verbally. Its not actually illegal to do that. Therefore what he did was assault.
Mind you I don't think its a systematic problem with the police force, just a few bad eggs with issues.
