Why new ones? We've already got a ton of soccer specific stadiums. Like 9 for MLS alone by 2011... and likely a lot more if the proposals for the others get accepted. There are tons of other non artificial turf stadiums out there. The artificial turf ones are just the legendary stadiums.

Yeah, but a few huge good ones would need to be relatively close together as teams wouldn't be able to fly around the country just to get to a stadium that can accomodate more than 40'000 people at the very least.
