Also... as for the US getting a World Cup.
I'm more of a fan of the "Give it to a third world country" model that drums up tourism and really helps the country out.
Countries like the US and Western Europe should instead be picked as secondary hosts to play "Bakcup" just in case the country chosen can't get it together.
World Cup will get people to go to places you couldn't pay them to go to regularly.
