That's hard to say the easiest way to determine which game is more popular is by sales, and when comparing the sales on the 360 Halo 3 sold more, but when you add GTA4 PS3 sales to the mix you GTA4 sold more. Since GTA4 is a cross platform title and Halo 3 isn't, should you only count 360 sales or should you include PS3 sales. It's hard to say. One thing is for sure GTA4 wasn't nearly as hyped as Halo 3, but that doesn't mean still is more popular.
