Any true racing fan will tell you that if you want a Racing Sim, you get Gran Turismo. Forza while a good game is too arcadish to even be in the same class. Forza does provide competition....But to say Halo doesn't have competition is totally laughable. Hell, Halo has competition from multi-platform games alone.
