Well ignorance in international relations definately is not an answer, world should do something to help somalia Stabilise, ignoring it will only fuel the problem.
World did ignore Rwanda Crisis or Second Congo War and millions of people have perished. And that could've been stopped. People complain about entering Iraq when in those countries attrocities were commited on ridicilous scale and no one did anything.
