Grab the PS2 because it's not getting any cheaper than $99.99 new, and the four games. (Great picks!)
If you wait awhile on the PS3, the games you want will:
a. Be Cheaper
b. Released
and the system will be:
a.Possibly Cheaper
b. Possibly bundled with games that you like
c. Might expand features (BC anyone?) Big might. 
If you wait on the PS2, the games you want will:
a. Not be any cheaper than they are now
b. Be more difficult to find
c. Possibly more expensive
