That sounds more of an impaction.
I say see your doctor.
If it gets too bad, laxatives or enemas wont be able to cut it and they'll have to do surgery just to get it out (and you definitely don't want that to happen). Don't wait till you start vomiting out feces because it has nowhere to go...
