It would be a perfect fit for Activision-Blizzard provided they close the unprofitable franchises...
Activision-Blizzard has no sports game and no strong middle of the year franchise like GTA4 ( GTA is one of the few franchises that doesn't need a holyday release to do real well).
And they know how to handle a studio full of stars that works independantly like Rockstar.
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
