It will never end will it? At first it was PS3 will crush the 360 upon launch. That didn't happen so it became, PS3 will crush the 360 by the end of the first year. That didn't happen so it became, PS3 will crush the 360 at the end of the second year. That didn't happen so it became, PS3 will crush the 360 in 2009. I'm doubting that last one.

And then add to the fact the PS3 is barely even competing world wide and is way behind at this point.

Yet its excuses excuses excuses, bladdy bladdy blah.

See, I never thought the 360 would crush the PS3. In the back of my head a dreaded another Dreamcast fiasco, quality system crushed by Sony hype. Not many 360 fans that I've seen stated the 360 would dominate either... it just started happening.

Accept it, PS3 is behind. Does that make it a bad system? Of course not but at least face facts and stop eagerly awaiting your "told you so" moment every time the PS3 sales a few extra one week. Stop blaming price points, head starts and Halo fans. Just effing accept it. And honestly, like I said before even if the PS3 outsells it at some point, years from now, what does it matter then. By the time the generation ends it won't mean squat if system A sold slightly more than system B.

Sony made the choice to go the Neo Geo pricing route and they are suffering for it. Nintendo made the choice to go dirt cheap and they are winning. Even with a price drop the PS3 has so much lost ground to gain. I'm not saying its not possible, I'm just saying realistically we can already prognosticate the rest of this generation from the first half of it. And that's not fanboyism that's logic. If it was fanboy speak I would be saying the 360 is going to crush the Wii any day now, which is obviously fantasy.
