Uh, the URMRGAY thing is a play on Nintendo's own packaging. In one promo image for the game, they highlighted the words in sUpeR MaRio GAlaxY in a pattern that spelled URMRGAY. They even showed the image in question when they said the comment. Don't get your panties in a bunch, it's just a dumb joke that Nintendo themselves created (surely on accident, but they did it none-the-less).
And whether you like to admit it or not, the PSP has crap for exclusives. And this is coming from a guy who owns one.
