Surprisingly, and this comes from experience, there is not much difference between 16 y/o drinking, and 21y/o's. Both are equally stupid.

I have to disagree. There is a huge difference. You're still a kid at 16.

Belgian kids seem to do just fine.

 

 

I can't speak for other countries, but 16-21 year olds in the USA are fucking stupid.  The only reason they make it 21 is that they can't really make it any higher than that or else I would probably say make it somewhere around 24.
