Perhaps M$ decided since E3 is going back to its former glory, that they would break the bank and announce their fall lineup at that point. At this point they have what will be the 2 biggest sellers of the fall(for HD twins). CoD 5 and ODST.
Why are people saying Infamous and Heavy Rain will affect PS3 sales? They are non entities. Just like Alan Wake. The public doesn't have lists of exclusive titles that they browse over before making a console purchase. I am quite certain that the mass gaming public has no idea of what is releasing this fall on any console.
Only those of us who troll the interwebz in search of information know the details of each consoles exclusive lineup.
