All Under 19's in UK to do Community Service

I am not talking about the first category. I am happy to pay those taxes. Not sure why making me work to help others, is any different then making me work doing community service to help others.

 

i dont see it that way at all, i define all taxes in the first category, as helping people is the governments job, its not the job of 15 year olds.
