Check your local Radioshack if your in the US. Thats where I got a PSP-2000 Core for $120, and they had God of Wars for $130. I missed the GOW but got a core :(
If you can wait a few months however just wait. I don't think they'll have a PSP-2 out for another 2+ years because Sony is already too far into the red. I'm also not buying the download only PSP. Sony would be shooting themselves in the foot to go digital only by pissing off old PSP owners if UMDs were not available to purchase, and people are already reluctant to purchase digital only copies unless they are cheap (XBLA,PSN downloadable titles $10 and under).
It's just that simple.
