Brave Fencer Musashi (I played this game 10 years ago, so bare with me). There's a part near the end of the game where this guy's dog gets crushed by a giant monster. The guy yells ,"NOOOOOOO!!!" as his best friend dies. I laughed like an idiot for weeks over that.
And in Final Fantasy X: Yuna and Tidus Laughing......that was just embarassing for everyone involved. I played this game alone in a room, and even I felt bad after this scene.
