Sorry to inform but for China to overtake USA it would require an amphibious assault plus ability to resupply quickly. Also, both countries have nukes. The only logical reasoning would be these two nations trying to work together to benefit each other. You think USA citizens would submit to Chinese? Hell no, we would cap their asses each city block if they tried to invade. Same goes for USA trying to invade China. The causalities would be too great for either country to try and invade.
