Except Superman is much much faster then him.
The Hulk wouldn't ever catch Superman unless Superman let him.
Basically it's superman or nothing as Superman could just orbitally bombard hulk and there is little hulk could do about it.
I'd wonder if Hulk's brain could grow back after being lobotmized from space. That would really decide whther it would be a Superman victory or a stalemate.
Well then again... if they weren't on earth or superman just didn't give a crap he could fly into space get a bunch of asteroids and use his superspeed to drop them on to the planet faster then hulk could stop them. Destroying the planet and sending hulk out into space where he would suffocate.
Note... I dislike superman. He's just too powerful.
