Most countries use a period instead of commas.

750,000 = 750.000

I think... decimals.  Since change ends in 2 digits and not 3.

Not an expert though.  Since a large part of this site is british hopefully soemone will be able to enlighten us.

 

I've always been taught to use either commas or whitespace to break up larger numbers. Decimal points for decimals.
