Super Paper Mario - This isn't what the majority of Wii owners want to be doing with their Wiis, and I think it has a hard sell to the 'gamers' too.
Blue Dragon - For the reasons already stated.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma (PS3, Japan) - I can't see this doing big business. Respectable business maybe. I see it doing very nicely in other regions though.
Metroid Prime 3 - It has to compete with the big boys and no excuses. It will make or break FPSs using the Wiimote, and I predict the latter.
Brain Training Wii - It isn't going to do anything like the DS versions. Also, the fad is over.
