Actually I'd say Gran Turismo is the only system seller the PS3 has left... oh, and FFXIII in Japan.
Anyway I'd be surprised if they launched the game for PC (worldwide, not just China), because that would be a signal that Sony's franchises will probably come to non-Sony platforms in the future, and it would open the possibility that Sony would stop investing in hardware.
It would be a big change of strategy, which may happen but we shouldn't bet on.
