no, never, i dont think you can fail years in the UK, just exams, and i only ever failed one important exam (i failed a few tests and such) which was my GCSE Religous Education, which i got an F in, tbh i dont even care, i hated having to waste 2 hours a week in the lessons and in the exam i wrote an essay on why i thought religon was annoying
