 Are comatose patients parasites because they have to "feed" off of substenance from others instead of its own? Also the fact is that it's not a "parasite", its a fetus, and its human. And like all other humans, it may have certain rights, such as the right to life.

Killing the willing is still murder, or at least supporting suicide since there is no intent. But killing a human is different than killing animals, it is accepted as being different, that is why we have laws and unalienable rights agreed upon by the international community, animals do not.
