I think it should be a right.
There are people born with terminal illnesses (not their fault) and no money (not their fault). So blaming the poor and saying they're stupid with money is really elitist and not even true.
The whole world can afford to have clean water, food, and good health care for the whole world. We should just handle that shit for everybody for free, and get it out of the way. Then we can pile all the free market madness we want on top of that.
