A few countries would disagree.
Like France, Italy, Oman, San Marino to name a few i can remember.
The problem with Universal Healthcare is that once it's in... it's there for good.
So if you don't craft yoruself a good effective plan that's going to work for your country in the long run. Your doing more harm then good by pushing it through in a half baked fashion.
NHS would not work in the US. It's too large.
NHS has problems in the UK which has a really dense population.
