Paraguay has always been the third strongest country in SA after Brazil and Argentina, now that both teams suck, Paraguay has taken the lead. They have a great team (interestingly, they have like 5 argentinians playing for their national team too), so it's not really a surprise, the surprises are how bad Argentina and Brazil are doing, how good Chile is doing and the very few points Ecuador has (though, after seeing their match against Brazil where they had 20 shots and scored only once, it's no wonder)
