What made you buy the console you bought?

The hype of Grand Theft Auto IV (and the propect of waiting for it a long time or forever to come to my pc). Oh and there was a 10% discount. I thought of getting one and bought one within a week. How impulsive of me. I could have been a millionair instead :p
