Download AVG 8.5 (full real time protection!) and Ad-Aware Anniversary edition. Great protection. Scan ever day.

Also, do a disc cleanup and disk defragmentation to speed up your PC (run > all programs > accessories > system tools). Plus go to my computer > right click on the C drive > properties > tools > check and then check for bad sectors. Will speed up your PC.

Also, no pr0n (I heard your brother not Bacon watches pr0n) and 4Chan. Keep that up and you're screwed :P
