The European Union is the Greatest Economy in the World. Will USA catch up?

Russia won't join the EU... but if for some crazy reason it does, then..... the EU would have access to so many resources it'd be insane. And yes, the EU should be counted as one economy... as long as/if it can always act in coordination between its member states.
