Microsoft's deal with Square prevents US FFXIII Demo

I heard the cut the overall length of the cutscenes by about 25 minutes to fit the game onto X number of Xbox 360 discs.

I also heard that they lowered the quality of the video on both versions in keeping with an agreement with Microsoft that both versions be equal.
