PC and 360 are both M$, so yeah it's exclusive to M$. So I dont see the problem anyway. PC sales dont affect console sales. And if they do, we are talking only a few thousand at most.

In that case it's probably still called a Sony exclusive, not a PS3 exclusive.

But PCs are not a MS property, so you can't say it's a MS exclusive.

All of this is silly anyway, I find it perfectly clear what the writer _means_ when I find the "console exclusive" expression :)
